Beginning in 2020, my wonderful friends Reece & William revived the PNCA Riso Club. It was a space for students to meet weekly and create work ( both individually + collectively ) with our school's Risograph machine. While we only meet a handful of times prior to the switch to remote learning, in the fall of 2021 we made our return to print again. Though we all met weekly, we often found ourselves using the riso in our own respective creative practices.
Shown on this page is work both my friends and I, created with or for the riso! In order to reach a larger audience and share the riso fun, weekly I created quick + silly Instagram stories to welcome new members and remind the established ones. Through making these weekly graphics, I found myself tasked with a larger project extending from this club. I designed & printed the artwork for our riso club shirts ( fonts used: wreckage grotesque by rory king & trattatello ). The shirts can be seen modeled by William and myself.
